Cancellation Policy
Due to frequent scheduling and high number of bookings, please note your appointment is only confirmed once we have contacted you and confirmed the date and time of your appointment either via cell phone or email. Pricing: Note all prices listed are specific to private/cash patients only. Private patients are expected to settle accounts on day of treatment. Medical Aid rates apply for Medical Aid patients. We do not accept Medical Insurance Plans nor are we part of any Medical Aid Networks. Aligner Therapy is charged on a upfront payment, we do not submit aligner therapy to any medical aids however the patients can submit the statements to their medical aid plans themselves. Payment plan scheme options are available, please ask your dentist for further information. Copayment: Please note Medical Aid patients are requested to pay a copayment of R150 for initial consultations and R120 for a teeth cleaning. Cancellation Policy: Please provide us with at least 1 business day notice before rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Please phone us to confirm cancellation of appointment. If multiple accounts of proper cancellation procedure is not done, we hold the right to refuse treatment to the patient.
